Steve's Samba
Steve’s Samba is a lively Brazilian-style drumming piece for five or more players, designed to give young percussion ensembles their first taste of samba! Players should be encouraged to move their feet and be creative in their solos. The piece is particularly effective if the drums are strapped to the players rather than being on stands. You can even surprise your audience by starting the piece off-stage and walking on whilst playing!
